Most whole-home projects run eight to sixteen weeks once permits are in hand. We give you a week-by-week schedule before work starts, and you get a progress update every Friday so you always know where things stand.
Yes. We pull the permits, book the inspections and meet the inspector on site. Permit fees are itemised separately in your estimate so you can see exactly what the authority charges versus what we charge.
For kitchens, bathrooms and single-room work, usually yes. We seal off the work zone, run dust extraction daily and leave the rest of the house clean. For whole-home renovations we will tell you honestly if moving out is the better call.
Every change goes in writing with a price and a schedule impact before anyone picks up a tool. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not approved first.
Two years on workmanship, plus whatever the manufacturer covers on fixtures and materials. You get it all in writing at handover along with care notes for the finishes we installed.
