Our Process

From vision to reality

Our streamlined renovation process keeps project simple and transparent, through planning, construction, and final completion.

Step 001
Consultation

We walk the space with you, listen to how you actually live in it, and agree on scope and budget before anything is drawn.
Step 002
Planning

Drawings, finishes and a fixed schedule. You sign off on every selection, so there are no surprises once work starts.
Step 003
Construction

A small, consistent crew on site. Dust control every day, a tidy site every evening, and a weekly progress update.
Step 004
Completion

Final walkthrough, snag list cleared within a week, and warranties plus care notes handed over in writing.

The Crew

Small crew, every detail

The same faces from the first walkthrough to the final snag list — no rotating subcontractors, no handing you off.
